Documentation Station
So, I'm trying to get my documentation transformed in to real-life proof-of-concepts. I'm comfortable with the Project Plan, Vision Doc and Use Cases that have been through enough drafts to have a personalized parking spot out in front of the VA.
I use these a lot in my day job, and I really believe that they are valuable tools.
I can see the pros and cons of Agile development versus what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm thinking that once release draws closer, I'll most likely transition to a more flexible methodology. Unfortunately, for now, I just have too much discovery with this platform for me to be making any scrums or sprints or splints or knishes.
